Patrick Teo

Chief Executive Officer

Patrick is a qualified Mechanical engineer and also holds a business diploma in management (Information Technology). Patrick has  worked in the aviation industry for more than 25 years and has a passion for new technology, management and business strategies.

He started out with another BHS company before moving to be a senior consultant for the largest Airport Consulting Company in the world (two consulting companies dominate the airports industry). Patrick takes a keen personal interest in all BCS projects and his experience and contacts adds value for all BCS clients.

Steve Fullerton

Chief Financial Officer

Steve is a qualified accountant (CA, Dip.Account, GradDip.Bus) and was appointed CFO in 2005. He has a strong commercial and financial background having been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years followed by a number of senior financial management roles across a variety of technology companies.

Steve has a passion for releasing a company's potential. He understands the key drivers and issues that confront our clients and their business on a daily basis. Steve makes decisions and provides advice that add considerable value, drive growth and enhances our clients projects.

David Jerram

General Manager - Australia and NZ

After 13 years with large multinational companies including five years as Country Manager and General Manager, David joined BCS in January 2006.

David has full responsibility of the profit and loss statement and the strategic direction of the Airport Systems and Logistics Solutions business in Australia with a strong focus on the growth of these segments.

Staff retention and development is also a key responsibility of David's role as much of BCS competitive advantage is in its people.

Brad Jackson

General Manager - International

Brad Jackson joined BCS in early 2006 and is now the General Manager responsible for all airport related projects, and related disciplines for the Airport Systems division outside of Australia and New Zealand. His experience with large high speed sorting systems is vital to the business as BCS is now established as one of the industry leaders for these projects. Brad's technical and project management qualifications bring a strong Project Management focus that benefits our airport clients around the world.

Marc Michel

General Manager - Services & Solutions

Marc has held a number of senior management roles across Australia and New Zealand and was part of the core management team at Navman leading the international marine business having been the founder of Navman Australia before moving to NZ in 2000 to lead the international sales and marketing team. Marc's expertise and focus lies chiefly in exploiting technology and innovation to provide unique end to end solutions for BCS airport and airline clients as well as leading the BCS marketing team.

Andrew Mauger

Senior Business Development Manager - Australasia

Following 12 years in different roles from Engineering Manager to Manufacturing Manager with a large Australian multinational printing company, Andrew joined BCS in October 2005 as the Operations and Maintenance Manager.

With 20 years of engineering experience and trade qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and in Electrical controls, automation and designing allows Andrew to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to BCS logistics clients.
