Infrastructure Support is the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) professionals in BCS group for Airports, Logistics and Industrial customers. As the largest O&M provider in our sector across Australasia our clients increasingly recognize that effective O&M is the key to overall system performance with lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) that ensures customer satisfaction.

Whilst the BHS or logistics systems are often viewed as a core infrastructure it is increasingly recognised that outsourcing these assets to a partner with the right focus, skill sets and methodologies can deliver considerable value add for the business whilst providing certainty as to cost base. Not only do we deliver certainty around TCO but we underpin this with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) that take into account the requirements of all stakeholders in the system.

These requirements are then defined by an agreed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that can encompass any number of system parameters to ensure the smooth flow of baggage, freight or parcels.
