BCS Infrastructure Support was formed in 2001, re-enforcing BCS’ dedication to providing the best customer support possible.
BCS Infrastructure Support provides two essential services that are vital to the operation of a modern airport – Operations Support and Maintenance (O&M).
- Operations Support. Our experienced engineers are on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, to respond to any problems with numerous critical airport systems.
- Maintenance. We are expert in developing and implementing scheduled maintenance programs to ensure continued optimal performance of the systems under our care.
Infrastructure Support provides comprehensive O&M services for:
- All baggage handling conveyors, from check-ins and collector conveyors, power-curves, diverters and sorters, through to carousels and make-up loops.
- Baggage handling control and electrical systems
- SCADA (Operator Interface) and CCTV installations
- High level controls including high availability, dual redundant PC servers running baggage tracking, sortation and reconciliation software.
- Aerobridges
- Aircraft Docking Guidance Systems
Some of the major airports we currently have O&M contracts with include:
- Sydney Common User and Qantas domestic terminals.
- Melbourne international and Common User domestic terminals.
- Brisbane International, Virgin Blue Common User domestic terminals
- Cairns International and Domestic terminals
Infrastructure Support has established on-site offices at all of the above airports as part of our focus on providing the best possible customer support.
As these are critical systems in demanding sites which require a fast, professional 24 x 7 response, our contracts have exacting KPIs and stringent documentation and reporting structures.

BCS has just concluded contract negotiations for the provision of Operations and Maintenance Services to Perth International Airport.
