Kiwis improve Aussies’ baggage handling

New Zealand company BCS Group has signed a contract with Melbourne Airport that will see it become one of the most technologically-advanced in Australia.

The five-year contract is worth around $50m to Auckland-based BCS, a baggage and freight handling technology company. It entails a revamped arrivals system and completely new high-speed sorting system for outbound baggage.......
