Our Mission

From our inception, BCS has delivered innovative solutions using best technology, whilst focusing on achieving optimum customer satisfaction with both our service and the performance of our systems.
Our mission statement “To look beyond the obvious” reflects our objective to investigate all possible solutions for our customers projects, which in some cases can be as straightforward as using a more simplified approach.
The fact that we have never lost sight of these philosophies as our company has grown, we believe, is the key to our overall success.

Company Structure

BCS Group Ltd is the parent company, providing leadership and direction for the group as well as group functions for HR, Health& Safety, Finance etc.

BCS North America provides specialist controls automation solutions for airport baggage handling, freight and parcel handling, and other materials handling sectors.

Airport Systems specialises in the development, design, manufacture, installation and servicing of a broad range of innovative state of the art baggage handling systems including world leading control systems and electrical design engineering, consultation, commissioning and project management. AS has over 80 personnel in our Auckland and Melbourne offices.
     
Logistics Solutions specialises in the development, design, manufacture, installation and servicing of a broad range of innovative state of the art freight handling systems complemented by state of the art control systems and electrical design engineering, consultation, commissioning and project management. LS have 15 staff located in our Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
     
Infrastructure Support are a specialist operations, maintenance and repair group who provide peace of mind for our clients in what are critical operational areas for both baggage and freight handling systems. Approximately 100 staff are located in our main Australian offices and at many of our client sites.
     
Industrial Software and Automation grew out of our origins as an automation systems integrator.  Based on a 15 year history of excellence in delivering automation projects, we offer industrial intelligence to a broad range of industries throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
