Our Infrastructure Support business unit  recognises that the purchase, installation and commissioning of any baggage handling system  only represents the initial investment and that ultimate cost of ownership and return on investment for our clients is driven by expert and proactive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the system.

BCS Infrastructure support has developed this expert process and systems methodology as the major O&M services provider to airports and logistics companies in the Australasian region. This expertise extends to cover all mechanical, electrical, IT and software components of any system and has been widened to include Aircraft Docking Guidance systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges.

This experience allows us to truly partner with clients to analyse and understand their operational requirements in order to provide total “ best practice” solutions from partial  operations through to complete outsourced baggage handling  solutions that provide clients with long term visibility  and certainty of  cost of ownership. We are also able to develop innovative financial solutions engineered on a cost per bag handling basis for Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) projects.
