From our inception, BCS has delivered innovative solutions using best technology, whilst focusing on achieving optimum customer satisfaction with both our service and the performance of our systems.

Our mission statement "To look beyond the obvious" reflects our objective to investigate all possible solutions for our customers projects, which in some cases can be as straightforward as using a more simplified approach.

Our Structure

Our expertise lies in delivering end to end solutions consisting of logistics hardware, automation controls and elegant software products that have made BCS supplier of choice to airports, airlines, freight and industrial customers around the world. Our business breaks into three business units being Airport Systems, Operations and Maintenance and our newest business unit Services and Solutions (SaS).

Airport Systems

Airport Systems are the baggage handling systems (BHS) specialists within BCS Group. Airport Systems specialise in the development, design, manufacture, installation and servicing of a broad range of innovative, state of the art baggage handling systems and components suitable for small regional ports right through to large International Airports. BCS are world leaders in Hold Bag Screening (HBS) security systems and integration as well as developers of our revolutionary 3D Virtual Airport simulation and emulation software package that is used for the development and testing of client BHS systems.

Operations & Maintenance

This business follows close on the heels of our sales team to provide professional operational and maintenance support for the installed systems for airports and logistics clients based on a 'whole of life' ROI methodology. We recognise that the purchase, installation and commissioning of any baggage handling or freight system only represents the initial investment and that ultimate cost of ownership and return on investment for our clients is driven by expert and proactive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the system.

Solutions and Services

SaS was formed in 2010 and is a key part of our strategy to focus on delivering value based end to end solutions for clients. All SaS projects undertaken are characterised by the leveraging and application of the companies IP and specialist domain knowledge from within any business unit to deliver value added end to end solutions for clients in the Airports, Airlines and Industrial sectors. These solutions are often characterised by a 'partnering approach' and has seen BCS link with world class companies such as Air New Zealand , ARINC and SITA the world's largest communications and IT company for airlines and airports to deliver innovation based solutions.
